IZOTITE 50/50 Window Tape – External Window Sealing
Used to seal window and door openings from the external face on ICF, timber frame, and block-built projects. The 50/50 split release liner allows the tape to be evenly bonded between the window frame and surrounding substrate.

Installation Steps
-
Clean and dry the window frame and surrounding substrate — remove dust, loose material, grease, and any moisture.
-
Peel back one side of the 50/50 split release liner and position the tape onto the window frame.
-
Press firmly to bond, then remove the remaining release liner and bond the tape back onto the surrounding reveal or substrate.
-
Ensure full contact across the tape, paying particular attention to corners and changes in direction.
-
Lap joints by a minimum of 50mm and ensure all corners and junctions form a continuous weather-resistant seal.
Compatible with: EPS, timber, concrete, blockwork and PVC window frames
